Overview

This program develops leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills for fire service company officers. Participants learn to manage personnel, coordinate emergency operations, enforce safety protocols, and plan company-level training. The course also covers organizational structure, occupational health, fire behavior, building inspections, and delivery of emergency services. Graduates are prepared to supervise firefighting teams effectively and ensure operational readiness at the company level.

Fire Service Company Officers, acting officers, or firefighters preparing for promotion.

Pre-Requisites:

  1. Firefighter 2 NFPA 1001 & Hazmat Operations NFPA 472/1072 & First Aid Level 2

  2. Mathematical Literacy & Communication – Ordinary level
